Wordpress 2.7 – Beta 2 Released

Wordpress 2.7 Beta 2 has just been released!

As promised, Wordpress 2.7 now comes with a cleaner admin interface with a new layout for menu items. Its menu bar is now at the left of the page instead of the top. The menu is also collapsible to save more screen space.

I won’t be listing out all the new features here. But if you want to know more, you may read the Wordpress Development Blog or download a copy and try it yourself!
