Merry Christmas! How did you celebrate Christmas?

Thursday, December 25th, 2008 by Peter Zhang

The time of the year has come again, and just like previous years, we have holidays, presents, cards, and lots of other things with us during the Christmas. How did you celebrate your Christmas? How did some websites celebrate theirs?

Google

We know Google. They always change their logo in their homepage during holidays. This time, it is no exception, except they added some more creativity!

This is actually part of a series of comics. View all of them here: http://www.google.com/doodle15.html

Yahoo

Yahoo, alongside with Google, spent some time on decorating for Christmas. When you visit Yahoo, you will be redirected to this Christmas page and you can see about Christmas information. Really nice of Yahoo, really.

MiniClip

As a huge original flash games website, they of course launched several Christmas games, and a new design. All the Christmas games are located at: http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/christmas.php. There are games for you or your family so you can share the fun!

XKCD

How can the famous Webcomic site forget Christmas? They have just released an original comic on Christmas. It is pretty funny, actually. “According to this Email Forward, Santa is secretly a Muslim!”

XKCD’s 2008 Christmas Special

That’s all interesting CHristmass stuff I can find. Do you have your own Christmas-fied website? Show it to us!

(Mini Advertisement: TechCube has been Christmas-fied, as you can see. My personal website: AxieBlast is too!)
